Responsibilities & Context
In this position, it is required to maintain industrial boilers and auxiliary equipment in a prompt, efficient and safe manner.

Supervising Boiler operator to daily operation and maintenance job as per schedule.

Maintain daily breakdown and trouble shooting report.

Performs routine maintenance on boiler equipment and systems.
-
Maintains and updates required records for boiler operations and maintenance.
-
Performs maintenance and trouble shooting of all submersible and service water pumps.
-
Monitoring boiler water, chemical, and fuel levels, and adjust to maintain required levels.
-
Monitor and inspect equipment, switches, valves, gauges, alarms, safety devices, and meters to detect leaks or malfunctions and to ensure that equipment is operating efficiently and safely.

Analyze problems and take appropriate action to ensure continuous and reliable operation of equipment and systems.

Perform or arrange for repairs, such as complete overhauls, replacement of defective valves, gaskets, or bearings, or fabrication of new parts.

Perform any other operation-related function indicated by immediate supervisor.
