Responsibilities & Context
1. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
-
Execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for production and supporting equipment.
-
Respond quickly to machine breakdowns to minimize downtime.
-
Maintain daily maintenance logs and update PM records in ERP/logbooks.
2. Equipment Reliability & Performance
-
Monitor machine health parameters (vibration, temperature, lubrication, load) and take timely corrective action.
-
Support production in optimizing machine speed and efficiency.
-
Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) of recurring faults and implement corrective measures.
3. Project Support & Execution
-
Plan and execute small-scale engineering projects.
-
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for project implementation.
-
Ensure project timelines, budgets, and safety standards are met.
4. Spare Parts & Resource Management
-
Track spare parts inventory and initiate replenishment.
-
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of spares and tools.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
-
Work closely with Production, Quality, and Utility teams to schedule maintenance without disrupting output.

Participate in daily operations meetings to align maintenance activities with production targets.
