  • Proven experience leading SEO projects and managing teams
  • Strong expertise in keyword research, on-page SEO, and link-building
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (GSC, Ahrefs/Semrush, GA4, Screaming Frog)
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
  • IELTS score 7.0 or above (mandatory)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SEO Project Manager (Team Lead) to own and deliver SEO strategies for UK-based clients. This role requires end-to-end project ownership, team leadership, performance management, and consistent delivery of high-quality SEO outcomes aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan, and deliver SEO projects across multiple client accounts
  • Manage, mentor, and performance-review SEO executives, content writers, and outreach teams
  • Oversee keyword research, on-page, off-page, and link-building strategies
  • Track, analyse, and report on SEO performance (traffic, rankings, conversions, KPIs)
  • Collaborate closely with content, technical, and account management teams
  • Ensure SEO best practices, quality standards, and on-time delivery
