- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Well communication skill (both Verbal & Written in English).
- Capability to work in organized manner as well as capability to work under pressure.
- Very good understanding and control in Microsoft Office tools. Extra preference will be given if candidate understands ERP environment.
Responsibilities & Context
- Support day-to-day communication with assigned accounts under the guidance of senior team members.
- Assist customers with basic process information, including account setup and order placement procedures.
- Coordinate with Senior Team members along with Global team concern to execute assigned Brand/Account tasks per management requirement.
- Help prepare and issue Sales Orders and Proforma Invoices (PI) as per instructions from the senior team.
- Coordinate with Production units to follow up on orders to ensure standard lead times are maintained.
- Track order status and update internal teams regularly in a clear and timely manner.
- Share sample feedback and sample submissions with senior teammates for review and further action.
- Maintain organized records including development files, summaries, and approved documents.
- Learn and follow company SOPs, business terms (delivery, payment, Incoterms), and gain overall understanding of products and workflows.
