ROLE PURPOSE

To protect the business by ensuring stock accuracy, wastage visibility, and system integrity through audits, reviews, and controls.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Stock Accuracy & Control

Review negative stock reports
-
Investigate stock discrepancies
-
Support cycle counts
-
Prevent/correct unauthorised adjustments
2. Wastage & Write-Off Management
-
Track wastage by store and category
-
Ensure correct reason codes used
-
Report trends weekly
-
Flag preventable wastage
3. System Hygiene

Identify duplicate SKUs
-
Archive delisted products
-
Validate SKU completeness
-
Prevent data drift
4. Reporting & Control

Support weekly store health summaries

Highlight repeated issues
