Job Responsibilities
- Conduct research to develop new formulations, processes, and technologies
- Improve existing products by enhancing quality, stability, and cost-effectiveness
- Perform laboratory trials, stability studies, and analysis to evaluate new and existing products
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, industry standards, and company policies
- Conduct document research findings, prepare reports, and present results to stakeholders
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and marketing teams to implement R&D initiatives
- Identify emerging trends, technologies, and competitive products in the market
- Assist in scale-up processes for manufacturing and troubleshooting technical issues
