Major in Supply Chain Management is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience in IT equipment purchase will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context
-
Initiate payment approval memo to ensure timely payment of vendors by checking all required documents.

Assist to review the procurement requisition from different stakeholders and determine the actual needs & delivery time
-
Assist to procurement of product & services as per requisition following procurement policy and process
-
Create Work Order/ Purchase Order and ensure that the products arrived in good condition within delivery lead time.

Maintain departmental MIS and streamline documentation process for record
-
Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, product availability, delivery times, product ranges, etc.

Ensure compliance and control for procurement & payment process by following procurement policy
