Job Description
Education
- The candidate must have BBA/ MBA or B.Com/ M.Com in Accounting/ Finance or any other relevant discipline with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations
Experience
-
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Dairy

Knowledge on Sound knowledge of VAT & Tax Act and Rules, Regulations, and Commercial Law

Experience in VAT Software (NBR authorized)Knowledge on data management and data analysis, problem solving, financial accountability

Must have using capabilities of MS Office

Responsibilities & Context
-
Prepare monthly VAT Return under Mushok – 9.1
-
Prepare price declaration – Mushok – 4.3 /Input-output coefficient
-
Reconcile of Sales and Input VAT between VAT and Accounting Software.
-
Prepare and provide related documents for the VAT Audit conducted by the Director General (DG) and Auditor General (AG).

Prosecute of all Compliance of VAT Hearing / Appeal / Appellate Tribunal

Ensure appropriate TDS and VDS, timely deposit as per the Govt. rules
-
Maintain all relevant VAT Registers and Documentation (Mushok forms, Challans, purchase and sales registers etc.) through VAT Software
-
Maintain good relationships with local VAT authorities
-
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
-
Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
