Ensure on time maternity payment for workers and staffs and prepare documents as per the Bangladesh labour law & rules. [All Units]
Calculation and payment of all kinds of final settlement.
Ensure salary of all resigned workers and staffs as per law and all outstanding dues are settled within 30 working days.
Ensure death compensation and other benefits for workers and staffs of all units.
Issue letters to those who leave the factory without informing anything. And then proceed to final settlement.
Ensure accidental compensation for all workers and staff.
Resolve payment complications for all workers and staff [All Units]
Any other tasks are assigned by management & the concerned authority.
