Responsibilities & Context
This position is the first point of contact for all customers who arrive at Flagship & Experience Center. This role requires the person to meet sales targets by informing customers about bikes, responding to customer queries and assisting customers to make purchase decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain showroom as per Suzuki standard.
- Meet customer enquiries.
- Ensure proper demonstration of product features, handing over of complete set of documents, explaining warranty.
- Firm delivery commitment to customers.
- Coordination with internal stakeholders for leads generated through various advertisements & promotional activities.
- Maintaining footfall report on a daily basis.
- Daily report generation & circulation as per management requirement.
- Constant attempt to achieve monthly sales target through team work.
