Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop showroom layouts, floor plans, and space utilization plans using AutoCAD.

Prepare planograms, display zoning, and merchandising layouts for electronics & home appliance showrooms.

সাপোর্ট new showroom setup, renovation, and remodeling projects.

Ensure consistent implementation of merchandising & visual merchandising (VM) guidelines across all RANGS eMART showrooms.

Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams for effective retail execution.

Analyze showroom performance and customer flow to improve display effectiveness and conversion.

Manage POSM placement, branding elements, and campaign execution at showroom level.

Conduct regular showroom audits and submit improvement reports.

Prepare professional presentations, layouts, and reports for management review.

Train showroom teams on merchandising standards and execution.
