Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering

  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal communication, and corporate presentation skills in both English and Bangla.

  • Willingness to travel to various project sites and regional MES offices across Bangladesh as required.

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a highly driven, strategic, and technically sound Sales- Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager to lead our business expansion within the institutional and government sectors, with a primary focus on the Military Engineering Services (MES), DGDP, and related defense engineering wings. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical engineering solutions and institutional procurement, managing high-value tenders from initial lead generation to successful project delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

Key Account Management & Liaison

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Military Engineering Services (MES), establishing and maintaining strong professional relationships with Garrison Engineers (GE), Executive Engineers, and senior decision-makers.
  • Proactively identify upcoming MES infrastructure, construction, Water Treatment or utility projects to position our engineering solutions early in the planning phase.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the specific standards and guidelines required by defense and government bodies.

Tender & Bid Management

  • End-to-end management of the bidding process, including monitoring, preparing, and submitting government tenders (via e-GP and manual submission frameworks).
  • Collaborate with internal technical and engineering teams to ensure all proposal documentation, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and technical compliance criteria match tender specifications perfectly.
  • Navigate complex institutional approval pipelines, ensuring strict adherence to compliance, security protocols, and deadlines.

Sales Strategy & Team Leadership

  • Develop and execute a targeted sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual institutional sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and policy changes within government and military procurement.
  • Lead, mentor, and track the performance of executive sales team members handling corporate and government accounts.
