Job Description
Air to Land Travels is a premier travel solutions provider dedicated to delivering hassle-free, precision-planned experiences for both individual and corporate clients. Job Responsibilities
- Generate new corporate and individual clients for the company’s travel services.
- Promote air ticketing, visa processing, hotel booking, Umrah, and tour packages.
- Visit corporate offices and conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Collect passports, supporting documents, and payments from clients.
- Verify, organize, and maintain visa and travel-related documents.
- Submit and collect documents from Embassies, High Commissions, VFS Centers, and other relevant authorities.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to generate sales opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, travel proposals, and sales reports.
- Assist clients throughout the visa application and travel process.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in Sales & Marketing will be considered an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide appropriate travel solutions.
- Must be willing to perform field-level work and client visits.
- Must be able to collect and deliver client documents when required.
- Must know how to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid motorcycle driving license.
- Knowledge of visa processing, travel operations, or digital marketing will be considered an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email, and Internet applications.
- Well-organized, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
