Job Description

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • University of Dhaka,Jahangirnagar University,North South University,Bangladesh University of Professionals,East West University students will get preference
  • PGDHRM will add advantage.

Experience

    • 10 to 15 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 33 years
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR management roles at established garment factories.

  • Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and RMG sector compliance requirements (e.g., BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, Accord/Alliance).

  • Proven experience in handling buyer audits, social compliance programs, and welfare initiatives.

  • Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.

  • Goal orientation, Communication & collaboration, Critical thinking & problem solving, leading people, positive & proactive, planning & organizing and Information sharing & transparency, Detail oriented and goal seeker personality.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Lead overall garment factory HR, Administration, and Compliance operations.

  • Ensure full compliance with local labour law, factory acts, employment regulations, and statutory requirements

  • Prepare for and manage government inspections, third-party audits, and social compliance audits.

  • Handle buyer audits, certifications, corrective action plans (CAP), and follow-up activities.

  • Liaise with government departments, regulatory bodies, and external agencies on behalf of the factory

  • Supervise recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and manpower planning.

  • Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance related to HR and compliance.

  • Maintain the proper training and development programee for the employee.
