Conduct site inspections and supervise contractors/subcontractors to ensure quality and deadlines.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, optimize costs, and coordinate vendor/supplier contracts.
Implement quality control procedures and conduct inspections to ensure project standards are met.
Maintain client communication, build relationships, and lead teams through effective task delegation.
