Education

  • Master of Commerce (MCom) in Commerce
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Commerce

Experience

    • 10 to 15 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Washing Factory, Dyeing Factory

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 35 years

Responsibilities & Context

Opening Import and BTB L/Cs.

Export Documents Negotiation, Collection of Maturity Date & Payments from buyer’s bank.
Received L/Cs from Buyers.
Issue BTMA/BDYEA Certificate for buyers.
Issue Utilization Declaration (UD) from BGMEA/BKMEA.
Issue Utilization Permission (UP) from Customs Bond Commissionairet & IN Bond, Ex Bond for import formalities.
Issue various kind of letter for correspondence.
Issue and renewal various kind of license such as BOI, Textile Dpt., ERC, IRC from CCI&E, Fire License, E-TIN, VAT, BUET Test, BGMEA/BKMEA Membership, DEDO Shohog, Chamber of Commerce, Factory License, ETP and environment, Group Insurance etc.
Issue New Bond license & renewal.
Investigate any kind of claims from buyers.
Maintain relation with BGMEA & EPB.
Maintain relation to Bank with all kind of formalities.
Prepare& Issue Pro-forma Invoice (PI), if required.
Prepare Documents for negotiation or Acceptance, if needed.
Prepare& maintain various kinds of statements.
Correspondence with transport and C&F, if required.
Follow-up all the deliveries.
Take part of Budgeting to Finance Department.
Correction Joint Stock Company and Firms registration for Investment and Directorship.
Textile Department Amendment for Investment, Debt Equity ratio and Production Capacity.
VAT return submit and any VAT related issue.
Machinery Import as well.
