Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a proactive and organized admin officer / senior officer to manage administrative operations at our agro-based factory located in the Jamalpur Economic Zone. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functions, maintain compliance, and support overall factory operations efficiently.

Given below are the job responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative activities of the factory premises

  • Manage office facilities, utilities, transport, and accommodation arrangements

  • Ensure proper maintenance of factory infrastructure and assets

  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers

  • Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

  • Support HR in employee engagement, attendance, and welfare activities

  • Handle logistics, security, and housekeeping operations

  • Assist management in implementing administrative policies and procedures
