Responsibilities & Context

  • Oversee end-to-end security operations of factory premises, including gates, warehouses, and critical zones

  • Ensure strict access control for employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles

  • Monitor and manage CCTV surveillance systems, ensuring 24/7 coverage and proper record keeping

  • Lead, deploy, and supervise security personnel; maintain discipline and duty rosters

  • Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks

  • Investigate incidents, theft, or breaches and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions

  • Coordinate with local law enforcement, fire service, and regulatory authorities when required

  • Ensure effective emergency response (fire safety, evacuation drills, crisis management)

  • Prevent pilferage, unauthorized movement, and ensure material security (in/out control)

  • Maintain proper documentation of incidents, attendance, and daily security logs

  • Train security staff on SOPs, safety protocols, and emergency procedures
