Job Description

Education

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized public or private university.

Experience

    • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Sanitary ware, Tiles/Ceramic

Responsibilities & Context

To manage the efficient and timely distribution of sanitary ware products by ensuring optimal inventory levels, coordinating dispatch and delivery, and aligning closely with sales and logistics teams to minimize delays, improve supply chain efficiency, and ensure high service levels to dealers and distributors.

  • Monitor daily stock movement from warehouse to dealers/distributors to ensure smooth operations

  • Coordinate with sales teams and warehouse/depot personnel for timely product dispatch

  • Track order processing, delivery status, and manage pending orders proactively

  • Maintain optimum stock levels at warehouses and distributor locations

  • Prepare and analyze distribution reports (daily, weekly, and monthly)

  • Identify delivery delays and take corrective actions to resolve issues promptly

  • Coordinate with transport agencies to ensure on-time delivery and efficient route planning

  • Support execution of distribution strategies and network expansion plans

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ERP and Sales & Distribution (S&D) systems

  • Monitor product damage, returns, and replacement processes to minimize losses

  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with dealers regarding stock availability and delivery timelines
