Job Description

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
  • University of Dhaka,Jahangirnagar University,North South University,Jagannath University,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference

Experience

    • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Additional Requirements

  • Strong knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law .

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or related field.

  • 1–3 years experience in employee welfare, HR, or factory environment.

  • Strong communication and counseling skills.

  • Ability to handle employee grievances sensitively


Responsibilities & Context

  • Address and resolve employee welfare-related concerns and issues.

  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding personal or professional challenges.

  • Follow up maternity leave formalities, procedure & policy, counseling regarding leave.

  • Counsel absentee workers to reduce absenteeism.

  • Ensure that workers know available support systems, including healthcare, counseling, and safety programs.

  • Monitor and improve workplace health and safety standards in alignment with local laws and regulations.

  • Regular inspections should be conducted to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.

  • Encourage and promote a culture of inclusivity, respect, and teamwork within the workplace.

Support employee well-being, manage welfare programs, handle grievances, ensure policy compliance, coordinate with departments, maintain records, and promote a positive work environment through effective communication and support.
