Responsibilities & Context
-
Random sampling and checking the quality of RM with due reporting.

Responsible for online quality control of every product.

Ensure packing material quality by random sampling and checking.
-
Ensure finished product quality as per company policy and time-to-time guidelines.
-
Make a comment on GRN and incorporate the necessary directions.
-
Supervising RM and Finished Product warehouse and pest control activities.
-
Prepare an online QC report and immediately communicate with the shift miller and operations manager if any disconformities are found.
-
Prepare and send moisture calculation reports to the supervisor.

Coordinating with cleaner supervisor regarding cleanliness on workers and inside environment.

Calibration of QC apparatus timely and to inform the concerned person with requirements, if any.

Monthly report on moisture gain on total consumptions of RM.

Visiting customers for handling Quality Control quarries/objections.

Strong vigilance on market return product as prescribed and duly inform to supervisor.
