Responsibilities & Context
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for gadgets and appliances.
- Attend customers at the showroom and ensure excellent customer service and product demonstration.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support with professionalism.
- Coordinate with the branch manager, sales team, and supply chain for stock requisition and timely product delivery.
- Maintain strong communication and relationships with walk-in customers to enhance repeat sales.
- Perform regular market visits (if required) to understand customer trends and competitor activities.
