Responsibilities & Context
- Drive Hire Purchse sales and achieve daily, monthly & yearly targets.
- Lead customer engagement, promote HP benefits & close deals.
- Monitor collections, follow up overdue accounts & guide recovery actions.
- Conduct field visits to build awareness & generate new leads.
- Supervise & mentor Hire Purchas Sales Executives, ensuring SOP compliance.
- Collaborate with Cash Sales team for smooth branch operations.
- Prepare & submit sales/collection reports and escalate key issues.
