Responsibilities & Context
Job Context
Managing the production process to ensure that products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards and handling of all sophisticated QC instruments to ensure that production targets are met.
Job Responsibilities
-
Organize and carryout analytical activities of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and finished Products and to ensure quality of Product.

Maintain ISO 9001: 2008 related Documents.
-
Participate in all qualification and validation activities.
-
Ensure Other Activities like environment control, Water Sanitation, Waste Disposal, HVAC System Validation, ETP, Housekeeping, Health /Personnel Hygiene & recorded in specific formats & Logbooks.

Ensure Required GMP, GLP Training of QC/ Production / Engineering Ware house Personnel.

Maintain Documentation Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and Finished Products.
-
Handling of all sophisticated QC Instruments like HPLC, UV-Spectrophotometer, IR, Dissolution tester, Autotitrator and Disintegration Tester etc.

Preparation and review of SOP’s Specifications & Methods for Raw-Materials, Packaging Materials & Finished Goods etc.
-
Validation of Analytical methods, Cleaning and Qualification of Equipment.

Preparation & Standardization of Volumetric Solution, Secondary Working Standards from reference Standard etc.
-
Calibration of all sophisticated QC Equipment.
-
Maintain all room control record in every day & recorded in specific formats & Logbooks.
-
Prepare detailed summary reports, review data, analyze trends and drive corrective actions for significant issue.

Prepare the letter of acceptance after receiving, Checking and testing of Raw Materials & Packaging Materials.
-
Ensure Pass label to all drums of Raw Materials.
