Location: Mohakhali, Dhaka
Working Days & Hours: Rotational Shifts or Roster Duty (6 Days/Week)
Morning: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Male & Female)
Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Male & Female)
Night: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Male)
[Transportation services will be provided for Morning & Evening Shifts]
Core Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Resolve customer complaints efficiently, offering viable solutions.

Maintain and update the call center database with accurate information.

Assist clients with questions about various products and services, aiming to resolve any issues.

Engage potential customers by providing detailed information on products and services.

Salary Range: BDT 18,000/- to 20,000/-

Salary Increment: Annually

Festival Bonus: Two (2) per year (Subject to eligibility)

Festival Holiday Work Compensation: Three (3) times the daily salary for each day worked
