Maintain records of vehicles based on transport type and destination.
Prepare schedules for all vehicles.
Determine the most efficient routes to reach destinations in the shortest time and at the minimum cost.
Inform the authorities regarding the recruitment of drivers and staff as needed for transportation.
Supervise whether vehicles are reaching their destinations on time.
Develop plans on how to improve transport management operations.
Prepare reports on all transport management activities and present them to the authorities.
Perform duties in compliance with the instructions of higher authorities.
