Education

Diploma in Medical Technology (Laboratory) / Nursing / Relevant field
Training in phlebotomy will be preferred

Experience

- 1 to 2 years

Additional Requirements

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sample collection/phlebotomy
Freshers with proper training may also apply

Additional Requirements:

Good communication skills
Ability to work in outdoor/field conditions
Honest, punctual, and responsible
Must have basic knowledge of sample handling and safety protocols
Motorcycle driving skill with valid license will be an added advantage

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

Farazy Hospital Limited is looking for dedicated and responsible individuals for the position of Home Sample Collection Executive to provide quality diagnostic sample collection services at patients’ doorsteps.

Job Location: Dhaka (Field-based – Home Service)

Job Responsibilities:

Collect blood and other diagnostic samples from patients at home following standard procedures
Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transportation of samples to the laboratory
Maintain hygiene and safety protocols during sample collection
Communicate politely and professionally with patients and their family members
Maintain daily collection records and submit reports to the supervisor
Handle basic patient queries regarding sample collection procedures
Ensure timely delivery of collected samples to the hospital/diagnostic center
