Responsibilities & Context
AKIJ Ceramics Limited (Tiles) is looking for a skilled and experienced professional for the position of Engineer – Kiln & Dryer. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth kiln operation, maintaining production schedule, monitoring product quality, and coordinating with relevant departments to achieve target production.
Job Responsibilities:

Organise and ensure production schedule as instructed by the Plant Head.

Plan upcoming production and prepare sampling in coordination with Laboratory, G.Line, Sorting & QC.

Monitor kiln operations to avoid problems affecting product quality.

Operate panel board according to production requirements.

Provide instructions to shift engineers and operators to ensure smooth operation and reduce breakdowns.

Coordinate with HODs to improve process and achieve production targets.

Ensure safety compliance of manpower working in the section.
