Responsibilities & Context
- Design and develop showroom layouts, floor plans, and space utilization plans using AutoCAD.
- Prepare planograms, display zoning, and merchandising layouts for electronics & home appliance showrooms.
- Support new showroom setup, renovation, and remodeling projects.
- Ensure consistent implementation of merchandising & visual merchandising (VM) guidelines across all RANGS eMART showrooms.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams for effective retail execution.
- Analyze showroom performance and customer flow to improve display effectiveness and conversion.
- Manage POSM placement, branding elements, and campaign execution at showroom level.
- Conduct regular showroom audits and submit improvement reports.
- Prepare professional presentations, layouts, and reports for management review.
- Train showroom teams on merchandising standards and execution.
