Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
  • Diploma in Engineering
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Call Center or Customer Service Training Certificate
  • Communication Skills Training
  • CRM or Telemarketing Course
  • Optional / Value-Added Certifications (Not Mandatory):

Experience

    • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 22 to 35 years
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a relevant field.
  • Female candidates are preferable.
  • Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
  • Basic understanding of VoIP, Bulk SMS Service, call center solutions, or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Promote products/services clearly and professionally

  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, and Facebook Messenger.

  • Generate and qualify sales leads

  • Provide technical and non-technical support related to our products and services.

  • Maintain customer records, update CRM systems, and track support tickets.

  • Follow up with interested customers to close sales

  • Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.

  • Assist in troubleshooting VoIP, CRM, Bulk SMS and call center solutions.

  • Generate reports on customer feedback and support activities.

  • Collect potential leads from Facebook Page, LinkedIn, and Google, and make cold calls to introduce our services.
