Responsibilities & Context

Conduct prescription surveys to gather insights on product usage and market demand.

Visit doctors, farmers, and chemists to assess their satisfaction with services and strengthen relationships.

Evaluate field force effectiveness by reviewing customer coverage, satisfaction levels, frequency and quality of visits, product quality, delivery timelines, and other key service indicators.

Document customer complaints, detailing the issue, resolution steps, and follow-up actions taken.

Gather intelligence on competitor activities through market visits and interactions.

Prepare and submit weekly and monthly audit reports summarizing findings and recommendations.

Conduct additional operational and quality audits as needed to support continuous improvement initiatives.
