Job Description

Education

  • BBA/MBA major in HRM from any reputed university.

Experience

    • 7 to 9 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Hatchery, Poultry

Additional Requirements

  • Must have experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment.

  • Experience in managing legal procedures (filing GD & criminal cases, resolving land disputes) and liaison with local administration, police and law enforcing agencies.

  • Adequate exposure in dealing with worker grievance, and disciplinary actions.

  • Thorough understanding of Bangladesh labour and industrial laws.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop, implement, and execute effective processes to ensure smooth ER operations and uninterrupted business compliance with statutory requirements.

  • Supervise overall HR & Admin operations including premises safety, expense management, payroll, bank account setup, and final settlements. Ensure timely disbursement of salaries, benefits, and dues.

  • Oversee renewal, maintenance, and updating of regulatory licenses. Ensure availability of required registers as per Bangladesh Labor Law.

  • Provide logistic support to all departments for uninterrupted operations.

  • Manage employee grievances and disciplinary matters in line with BLA-2006 & BLR-2015, coordinating with corporate HR as needed.

  • Oversee recruitment, joining formalities, and personal information verification.

  • Prepare annual training plans and conduct sessions to build skills and reduce policy violations and grievances.

  • Maintain liaison with government authorities and stakeholders to ensure legal compliance.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities across departments and develop SOPs to improve efficiency and productivity.
