Responsibilities & Context
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager- Sales to lead our Sales team in the Water Treatment Solution field, specifically focusing on water Purifier products such as Water Purifier (RO, Non RO), Accessories & Media. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of these products and relevant markets, along with excellent leadership and managerial skills to inspire and drive the team towards achieving company objectives and targets.
Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.

Lead and manage the Sales team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to maximize team performance.

Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company`s customer base and product portfolio.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

Collaborate with the product development team to enhance existing products and introduce new offerings based on market demand.

Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to make informed business decisions and recommendations.

Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and strategic initiatives to senior management.

Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand initiatives to enhance brand visibility and awareness.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Drive a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the Sales department.
