Responsibilities & Context

Working Hours: 10:30am – 9:00pm (6 Days / Week)

We are currently looking for a Smart, Confident & Target-Oriented Sales Leader who can lead our sales team, guide moderators, and ensure consistent growth in sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales & moderation team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

  • Monitor all inbox, WhatsApp, and phone calls interactions to ensure quality communication and conversion.

  • Set clear goals, track sales performance, and prepare daily/weekly reports.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to improve conversion rate and customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate closely with the marketing and production teams to manage campaigns and offers.

  • Handle important clients, solve complex issues, and ensure smooth operations.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of products on ladies shoes and market trends.
