Additional Requirements
- Age 18 to 32 years
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply especially those with O-Level, A-Level, or strong English communication skills.
- Must be willing to work night shifts (Bangladesh Time 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM) to align with USA business hours.
- Must be open to a 3–6 months probation period, depending on performance.
- Ability to speak fluently, clearly, and persuasively in English, whether in positive or challenging situations.
- Possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
- Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and proper telephone etiquette at all times.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to deliver complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail oriented, with exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to interact positively with diverse individuals and maintain a cooperative team spirit.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Email communication tools.
- Previous experience in call centers, telemarketing, or customer service roles will be considered an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context

Follow structured communication scripts to ensure consistency and effectiveness when addressing various customer concerns.

Identify customer needs, gather and clarify information, research issues, and deliver prompt, effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.

Make outbound calls to customers in the USA. engaging them on various topics following a structured communication script.

Promote and sell company products or services over the phone in alignment with provided sales guidelines and targets.

Accurately document all customer interactions and outcomes in the call center database, ensuring clarity and completeness of records.

Maintain accurate and detailed call records in the call center database for easy reference and reporting.

Participate regularly in training sessions and development programs to continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills.

Consistently achieve personal and team-based performance goals, maintaining both qualitative and quantitative standards.
